Recalling the memories of 2007, Vishal Pai Cacode shared some photographs of the then Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh’s visit to Goa on 27th and 28th December 2007. It is a sheer coincidence that Goa is paying respects to the visionary leader on the same dates when he was present here 17 years ago, said Vishal Pai Cacode.
Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh was received at the INS Hansa on 27th December 2007 by the then Governor of Goa S C Jamir, then CM Digambar Kamat, Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly Pratapsingh Rane, Chief Secretary J P Singh and others.
