Panaji got flooded once again today at the first rains with water entering many shops. Areas in St. Inez, Bhatlem, Tonca were turned into Muddy Waters with works of drains still in progress in those areas.
Congress President Amit Patkar and other Office Bearers walked in some flooded areas to assess the situation.
