MC Stan Makes shocking Announcement About Quitting Rap
After winning Bigg Boss 16, MC Stan has stirred the pot in the online world by posting a surprising message on his social media, indicating his intention to quit rapping with a message saying, “I’m going to quit rapping.”
MC Stan is celebrated for his impactful rapping and engaging lyrics, having amassed a significant following. His influence extends beyond his music, making him a symbol of youth and culture, evident from his active touring and show schedule. Hence, it came as a shock for everyone when the former Bigg Boss winner dropped an Instagram story with the text, “Mein rap chodhne waala hoon(with a red heart emoji)”. However, the post can no longer be found on his handle anymore.
Last month, MC Stan’s YouTube channel was hacked. He told Hindustan Times, “I was asleep and meri neend khuli raat ko 3 baje and saw that a live session is going on through my Youtube account. I got shocked in that moment. Bahut zyaada stressful the vo 12 ghante mere aur mere manager ke liye. Raat ke 4 baje bhi 25K watching chalrahi thi live par. Mere channel profile se sab udd gaya tha, sab logout hogaya tha. This has happened with many people before but when it happened with me, I realised how much it hurts. Meri lifeline hateli par agayi thi. I thought my life is finished and I will have to start from scratch again. Meri 6 saal ki mehnat hai, mujhe rona agaya tha.”
On the work front, MC Stan ventured into Bollywood with his playback debut in the Alizeh Agnihotri feature film ‘Farrey’ and promoted the track on Bigg Boss 17 alongside Salman Khan, where he also advised fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui. Known for his vibrant personality on Bigg Boss 16, MC Stan formed strong connections with fellow contestants, making him a central figure of the ‘mandali’ group.
His latest musical endeavor, Numb,’ was released on March 8th, 2024. This self-written and composed track, distinct for its animated and unconventional video style, is available on his YouTube channel, showcasing Stan’s unique approach to music.
