‘These’ movies have been selected for the Goan section of IFFI 2024
The 55th edition of the International Film Festival of India 2024 (IFFI 2024) is scheduled from 20th November to 28th November 2024. As a regular event during IFFI, the Entertainment Society of Goa has a special section of Premier/Non Premiere films produced by Goan film Directors & producers in Feature and Non Feature category.
This year ESG received total of 25 entries in both the sections. Out of which 14 films are selected by Jury members.
Kamal Swaroop, Chairman of the Jury, Amar Nath Jha, Member of the Jury and Sajiv Kurup, Member of Jury, who are distinct professionals from the Indian Film Industry.
This year, ESG has introduced a new segment titled “Goan Director’s Cut”, aimed at promoting Goan directors during IFFI. This dedicated platform provides an opportunity for Goan directors to showcase their work and celebrates their unique vision and creativity, further enriching the Goan Section at IFFI.
