Axis Bank announces winners of SPLASH 2025
Axis Bank has announced the winners of SPLASH 2025, the 13th edition of its nationwide Art, Craft and Literature competition for children aged between 7 and 14 years.
The bank said the programme, organised under its brand philosophy “dil se open”, received close to seven lakh entries from across the country this year. The initiative reached more than 1,900 schools and saw participation through over 5,500 Axis Bank branches, reflecting its nationwide outreach.
The six winners and six runners up will receive cash prizes of ₹1 lakh and ₹50,000 respectively. Their artworks will also be displayed at the Museum of Art and Photography (MAP) in Bengaluru. In addition, the top 400 shortlisted participants will receive vouchers and merchandise from partner brands including Ixigo and American Tourister.
In the 7 to 10 years category, the winners are Debosmita Banik (Art), Agartala; Shruti Siddhartha Gosh (Craft), Thane; and Nirvi Vashishtha (Literature), Ahmedabad.
In the 11 to 14 years category, the winners are Soumya Mohanty (Art), Khorda; Sanika Chhajed (Craft), Pune; and Vaibhav Krishna (Literature), Kanchipuram.
Anoop Manohar, Chief Marketing Officer, Axis Bank, said the initiative aims to encourage creativity among young participants across the country.
> “SPLASH has always been more than a competition. It celebrates imagination, originality and self expression. The response this year highlights the creative potential among children nationwide,” he said.
The entries were evaluated by a jury of over 100 experts, including Savio Mascarenhas, Group Art Director at Amar Chitra Katha; Snehal Pinto, Director of Ryan International Group of Institutions; and Deepak Patil, Honorary Vice President of The Art Society of India.
Axis Bank said SPLASH has grown over the years to become one of the largest creative engagement platforms for children in India, reflecting the bank’s focus on community engagement and holistic development.
