Goan Music Video Wins Top Honor at PCIFFI 2026

The music video Ganpati Tu Sarvashreshtha has brought pride to Goa by winning the Best Music Video Award at the 4th edition of the Pimpri Chinchwad International Film Festival of India (PCIFFI) 2026.
The festival was held from March 3 to 5 at the Ga Di Madgulkar Natyagruh in Akurdi, under the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area near Pune, Maharashtra. The event saw participation from filmmakers and creators across India and abroad, showcasing a wide range of cinema and audiovisual works.
The Goan music video secured first place in the Best Music Video category, marking a notable recognition for the state’s growing presence in independent music and visual storytelling.
The festival was organised with the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) as the official partner, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
The recognition highlights the increasing visibility of Goan creative talent on national platforms and reflects the expanding reach of regional music productions in India’s contemporary audiovisual landscape.
