Air India Pushes Premium Economy with New 360° Campaign

New Delhi: Air India has rolled out a nationwide 360-degree campaign titled “The Premium You Deserve” to promote its Premium Economy product, now available on about 60% of its aircraft fleet. The campaign positions Premium Economy as a practical comfort choice rather than a luxury upgrade, highlighting benefits such as extra legroom, enhanced recline, priority services, and improved onboard meals.


The airline said the campaign draws on a recent customer survey indicating a strong shift in traveller preferences, with most respondents valuing comfort even on short domestic and short-haul international flights and many willing to pay extra for it.


Running from February 11 to March 31, 2026, the campaign will appear across print, television, outdoor media, and digital platforms, including OTT and streaming channels, as well as during T20 World Cup broadcasts.


The initiative aligns with Air India’s ongoing fleet retrofit programme and broader brand transformation, which includes upgraded narrowbody and widebody cabins and the launch of its new flagship Maharaja Lounge in New Delhi.
