AAP Goa Appoints Assembly Presidents for Eight Constituencies

PANAJIM : The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Goa on Tuesday announced the appointment of Assembly Presidents for eight constituencies, aiming to strengthen its organisational structure and grassroots outreach across the state.


The newly appointed leaders, who will continue to perform their state-level responsibilities alongside these roles, are Suvarna Harmalkar (Mandrem), Sunil Signapurkar (Pernem), Pujan Malvankar (Siolim), Chetan Kamat (Saligao), Jack Sukhija (Panjim), Shrikrishna Parab (Mayem), Sandesh Teleikar Dessai (Vasco Da Gama), and Roque Mascarenhas (Curtorim).


Speaking on the appointments, AAP Goa State President Adv. Amit Palekar said, “The leaders have been entrusted with the additional responsibility of building the party at the grassroots level and raising local issues affecting the people.”


Goa State Prabhari Atishi and Adv. Palekar expressed confidence that the move would reinforce the party’s presence in the constituencies and improve its ability to mobilise support and address local concerns effectively.


These appointments form part of AAP Goa’s broader strategy to consolidate its organisational machinery and engage more deeply with the electorate ahead of future elections.
