Panaji / New Delhi :  In a landmark achievement for the Goan media and events sector, Vinsan Graphics has become the first agency from Goa to receive accreditation from the Indian Newspaper Society (INS), the apex body representing the print media industry in India. The accreditation authorizes the agency to undertake advertising, media, and communications assignments directly with leading newspapers across the country, marking a new chapter for Goan enterprises in the national media ecosystem.

Founded and headquartered in Goa, Vinsan Graphics began as a creative design firm and has steadily grown into a full-fledged communications and events agency. Over the years, it has delivered campaigns and managed large-scale events for clients in the tourism, hospitality, and government sectors, both domestically and internationally.

Speaking about the achievement, Mr. Sanjay Shetye, Proprietor of Vinsan Graphics, said,

“This recognition is a proud moment not just for our team but for Goa as a whole. Being the first agency from the state to be INS‑accredited proves that Goan enterprises can meet the highest national standards in creativity, ethics, and professionalism. Our goal has always been to represent Goa with quality work and integrity, this milestone motivates us to aim even higher.”

Significance of INS Accreditation

INS accreditation is widely regarded as a mark of credibility, financial integrity, and professionalism. Accredited agencies can directly engage with newspapers and media outlets for advertising campaigns and publications without intermediaries. This not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances the agency’s competitive standing in bidding for large-scale campaigns, including government contracts and public awareness programs.

The process for INS accreditation is rigorous. Agencies are assessed on their financial stability, operational transparency, and past performance, among other criteria. Only those meeting strict standards are granted accreditation, highlighting the prestige of the recognition.

Impact on the Goan Media Ecosystem

This milestone is expected to have a broader impact on Goa’s media landscape. Local enterprises may now gain more visibility and credibility in the national advertising ecosystem, potentially leading to greater media spending routed through Goan agencies. The move could also encourage other small and mid-sized agencies in tier-2 and tier-3 cities to pursue national accreditation, raising industry standards across the country.

With this accreditation, Vinsan Graphics plans to expand media partnerships, strengthen its event management portfolio, and continue building connections between brands, audiences, and ideas, anchored in Goan identity but with a national and international vision.
